Rental Application

Interested in applying to rent one of our properties? Please follow this process:

• Schedule a showing by clicking on the Schedule Showing button on the page of the property you are interested in. Fill out the form and we will respond shortly to schedule your showing. If you would like to schedule showings of multiple properties, please indicate in the comments section of the contact form.

• After your showing, use this online application. You MUST include a full credit report, which you can obtain for free at www.annualcreditreport.com, in order for your application to be considered. If you would like us to obtain your credit report for you, you will need to include a $20.00 check made out to Schreiber Real Estate, and your application will require up to an additional 5 business days to process. Please note that some landlords also require a criminal background check.

• Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your application. Many of our rental properties are in high demand, so timely submission of applications is crucial to being considered, but please understand that being the first to submit an application in no way guarantees you will get the rental.

• Please note that ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES ARE OFFERED AS 12 MONTH LEASES UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. You will not be given the opportunity to renegotiate the terms of your lease after it is signed, and will be held responsible for the full duration of the lease period.
